Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Revere divorce decree

Once a divorce is final, can any changes or appeals be made to alter the decree. I did not have legal representation, as my wife did, and I agreed to get things over with, but 2 years later she is still taking me to court over litte 'discrepancies' she finds in my taxes, the original agreement, the time I drop the kids off varying by 10 minutes from when she asked me to return them, etc. She has now violate the divorce decree by towing a vehicle I was court ordered to give to her to my home and telling me I am responsible for the debt incurred on the vehicle, which she incurred.

Re: Revere divorce decree

Absent fraud, it is unlikely that you can change the decree. If she has failed to follow the decree, you can file for contempt against her.
