Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
When revoking power of attorney do you have to do it in writing or can it be printed on computer, signed and notarized?Also what happens if you do not know date of original POA that you are revoking? And when making copies of the DPOA and revoktion does each one have to be notarized or can you just make copies of already notarized forms to give to said parties?

A computer is fine and it is best to do multiple originals with each one signed and notarized.
