Is it within the rights of an ex boyfriend to keep an ex girlfriend from dating while pregnant with his child? Can she file harrassment charges, for all the prying calls and text messages? It is a constant thing. They broke up a month ago and he is constantly wanting to control her life. She never intended to leave him out of the babys life, but with all the harrassment, she just wants him to go away. She has always been willing to let him go to the Dr's appointments but that is not enough for him. What can she do?

She can probably obtain a civil protective order. The local courthouse will have forms and there is no cost.
