Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

schooling for child

Can an non-custodial parent make decisions about where a child goes to school if the custodial parent was not consulted for the decision? I have physical custody of my son but his father seems to think he can just do what he wants when it comes to his son w/out asking me about it first.
