Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i am seeking custody of my 16 year old daughter and cannot afford an attorney. how can i go before a judge to have this matter resolved?

You haev to petition the court and notify the other side. You also REALLY need to get an attorney, just as you would find the money to get a doctor if she was ill.

I agree with Jay. Custody battles are not for the inexperienced. However, if you insist, you may want to check the self help section at the Indiana Judiciary website.
