Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

separation

I would like to know if I can kick my husband out of our mobile home.It is in both our names, but we pay lot rent.I have been disabled over 2 years & signed up for disability,hopefully it will come soon.Husband at times leaves & don't come home,cause he is doing drugs.We've talked about this before & I kept telling him that I would't put up with it.The sad thing is we have been married over 28 yrs.He is on workmans comp right now, and I am going to sign up for help now,cause I am on alot of medication,and he said he is cancelling the insurance. Will I be able to draw spousal support eventually?The main question I have is about making him leave.I have his stuff packed nicely,but he hasn't been back yet.What do you suggest?

Re: separation

You will have to file a Petition for Legal Separation or for Dissolution of Marriage in order to obtain exclusive possession of the home. Regarding maintenance, you will need to dscuss this with an attorney in person as the fact pattern you provided makes the evaluation to complex for this forum.
