Separation

My wife decided she wanted to be separated from me.The problem is she is a Parelegal and makes 4 times the salary I make.Our mortgage is $1300 per month but the house is in my name because she has previously filed bankruptcy and did not have a good credit score at the time of purchase.She is moving out leaving me to pay the mortgage.I will be a single father living with my 16 year old making around $400 bi-weekly.Is it legal for her to leave me in this situation?She told me that my daughter and I should just live in the house until the bank takes it.Is there anything I can do to get her to help with bills etc.My daughter and I will not be able to survive on my salary with all these bills.Please advise

You did not indicate whether your daughter is also your wife's. You need to file for dissolution asap and obtain a provisional order cocnerning bills during the pendency of the divorce.
