Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I seperated from my husband in 2006. I now live in Indiana and he lives in michigan where we were married but I don't know his address. What state do I file for divorce in? We have no children and no assets.

If you have been in Indiana for over 6 months and the county that you live in for 3 months, you can file in Indiana. You can also file in Michigan. There is a process for filing when you do not have an address, so that should not be an issue.
