Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have been seperated for 1 yr. and now she is filing for divorce. Would I have to pay spousal support, for how long, and how is the amount determined?

On a temporary basis, possibly yes, depending on need, and relative income. There is no formula, and no automatic entitlement to it.

If you have been separated and not paying her, you probably will not have to start now. Spousal support is provided in very rare circusmstances in Indiana.
