Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Is there a no shacking law in Indiana
My Wife seperated from me to be with another Man. Two weeks after I moved out, She moved in the other man. We have a daughter together, and I know nothing about this other man. Can I legally prevent this other man from moving in for my daughters behalf? Please, any help would be appreciated.

Unless you have some evidence of danger to the child or that this is harmful to the child in some substantive way, there's not a whole lot you can do about the matter. The courts are reluctant to weigh in on the morality of this issue. While I personally believe such an arrangement is not in the best interests of a child and believe I could make a reasonable case on that issue, the cost is prohibitive, plus you'd have to have a judge with a sympathetic ear. Additionally, you'd have to be able to survive an appeal, which might be tough to do.
Short answer to your question: Nope. No "anti-shaking" law in this state.
