How to sign over parental custody from a mother to a grandmother in Indiana?

A mother cannot do so if the father is still alive and has not had his parental rights terminated.

Assuming that there is no issue wiht that, then a guardianship would be the easiest and least costly way to go. although, an adoption would also be a possibility.
