Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I signed only the birth certificate, not a paternity affterdavit. Four months after the baby was born, i paid to get the results of the paternity test and it turns out im not the father. what can i do to get off of the birth certificate if i have the results in my hand?

I would contact the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Indianapolis to see if there is an admistrative procedure. If not, you should contact a local attorney. Good luck
