Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i signed a consent form for temporary guardenship over to my twin sons grandma on there dads side and i want them back she wont let me see them or call them or anything and my sons want mommy to come get them they have been there for almost 3 yrs and i just want them to come home what can i do i am very able to take care of them. we were never married,

You need to hire an attorney and let that attorney know what has changed since you signed the consent that would make the guardianship no longer necessary.

I agree with Jay. You need to establish what has changed since the date that the guardianship was entered. Your best bet is to contact a local attorney.
