Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I signed in front of a notary a prenup or so I thought. I am now in the middle of a divorce...My soon to be ex gave me a copy of the prenup, a page or 2 is missing...He retained the lawyer, how do I oroceed? I want this as leverage in settlement..only married 8 weeks..thank you

How to proceed? Hire a lawyer. Find the lawyer who prepared the prenup and get a complete copy. (If this is something one of you just "got off the Internet", then you may have a serious problem.)
