Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
if a single father lets his 12yr old daughter go to visit her grandparents in another state for a couple of weeks in the summer and they now say he is unfit and refuse to give her back. what should he do?

He should contact the local police in that state where the grandparents lice and in the town that he lives in and try to arrange to pick up her daughter. If they wont help, he will need to contact an attorney where the grandparents live.
