Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm a single mother of one 7mth old with another on the way. I'm wanting to move from Indiana to Texas to be with family. The father of my children is apposed to the move and is saying that he will go through the courts to keep me from taking the kids. I wanted to know if I have to file a intent to move before I go to Texas? We have never been married to each other and he currently isn't paying child support, also there is not visitations set up.. I have sole custody of my 7mth old right now. After the birth of my son we both signed a paternity affidavit but my ex never got the blood paternity test done in order to get any type of custody.

Go to an attorney and have the attorney give the proper notice to him. Then the ball is in his court. Also, go get support for your baby. Father's rights are determined by whether he is the father, not whether he is paying support, so there is no reason not to make sure your children are being taken care of by both parents.
