Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I and my husband got married in 1997 and blessed with two daughters 12 years and 5 years. Three years back i got to know that he got illegal affair with one lady who is having two grown up daughters. so slowly quarrel started between us and made to apply to court for divorce by him. I do not want to give divorce and filed maintanence petition. Since he is a BE computer engineering and is working in a IT Company he is drawing around 1.25 lacs per month. He does not want to pay huge sum so he withdrew the case and the case got dismissed.

But he did not turn back to home he is leading a life with that lady sending an amount of Rs 7000/- towards maintanence for three of us as we are staying in own house bought by both of us 8yrs back under finance.

Now again he has filed divorce petition saying that he will give the house in my name and wants me to give divorce.

But I do not want to give divorce unless and untill my children attains 18 years of age.

I seek your help?

its better to get divorce. before getting divorce see that house registered in your name that which he his saying after registering the house then you also ask him to deposit 10 laksh to each daughter or how much you deserve then you sign for divorce petition. you cant live with such a person with force till girls attain majority. better you get divorce and marry other person for this you can ask your children and family.
