Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My sister and I are trying to figure out what are chances are of stopping our fathers visitation rights. She is 12 and I am 17. He has been in and out of our lifes ever since my parents got divorced when I was 4. He has various drug and alcohol problems. We are not sure if he is currently on drugs, however, we are almost positive he is because he dipped out of our lives again for the past two months and is now trying to see us again. We know his drinking is still a problem for he is often drunk when we visit and always drives that way. He was only a loud to take us out for dinner before he stopped visiting us two months ago but he still verbally abusing my sister and I. I know that I most like would not have to see him, but my main concern is for my sister. He has often told me that I was his favorite and always came before my little sister. He is unfit to see her by herself. He would always keep us around drunk adults and out for all hours of the night. My little sister would often sleeping under his office desk in a bowling alley when he kept us out till 1 or 2. I was just wondering what the chances are, if he took us to court, of not having to visit him or have contact with him anymore.

Thanks you.

You really need to discuss your concerns with your mother or whomever had custodial rights.
