Can a sister get legal visitation?I am 21 and my 6 year old half sister was hidden from me for the first 5 years of her life and now her mother will not cooperate so I can be a part of this little girl's life. I am not a bad person, I dont do drugs or anything like that and I have a steady job. I just want to know my little sister. She lives in Indiana and I live 10 minutes away in Michigan.

No,this is not going to be an option for you. Your relationship would have to develop through your father's time with the child.
