Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello, I have a situation in Indiana. I have a child that is 10 months and I was told by the mother she was pregnant by when she was 2 weeks. Because of this I signed the birth Certificate and excepted my daughter as my own. Now that she's 10 months she looks nothing like me. So I went out to purchase a Home DNA kit, the results are in they show I am not the father... I spoke to the mother and mention that I since shes not mine i want my name off her birth certificate. She is denying that this test was accurate and still insist Im the father. And I need to know what the chances are to clear my name.

The question is not whether you signed the birth certificate, the issue is did you sign a paternity affidavit.
