Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I get social security checks instead of child support because my 2 kid's dad is disabled. Now I have one in college (19) and the other just turned 18 and will go to college next fall. Their benefits run out when they are 18 yrs or graduate high school. I will be without over $1000 a month starting next month. Is their dad not responsible for support now?

Yes, but if he is disabled, meaning he can't work, there is little you can do.
