Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am the sole custodial parent of 4 children. I have a unique divorce decree. I gave my husband full immunity from child support, in exchange for his signing over all parental rights to the children. Our oldest son is 17 (18 in June) and about to graduate from high school. My husband travels in evangelism all over the US, and has decided that when our son graduates he is going to take him with him on the road. He believes that he can get me to emancipate my son. I think he should just wait until he is 18. Can he just take him without my permission even though our son is still a month away from his 18th birthday?

Assuming that your ex husband has no rights whatsoever, he cannot take him based on the facts provided.
