How can i get sole custody of my child?

I am four and a half months pregnant. The father left me when i was 9 weeks pregnant, and is back living with the mother of his son.

The father has done nothing to prepare for our child, and probably will do nothing.

One minute he denies the baby is his the next minute he claims he wants to share custody and bring the child to where he is currently living. He is a hot head and i am not comfortable with this.

If by sole custody you mean "Daddy never sees the child or spends time with the child", then you can't get that without showing the harm to the child from a professional (not just your opinion).
