Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have sole custody of my two children. My ex husband hasn't paid support in over a month and is also to hold insurance on both children however he dropped them in September and has not picked it back up. He also moved out of state. I was driving about an hour when he wanted to get the kids on his week end. He has never consistanly got them ever other week end. However when he stopped paying child support I advised I had no issues with him getting the children but I was not financially able to make the drive since he wasnt making child support payments. He advised he was going to come get my children take them to Kentucky and not bring them back ever. At that point I told him I was not allowing him to leave with the children that he could come see them but it had to be supervised as he threated to take them and not come back. He has filed a motion for contempt. However so have I as for him not paying support, insurance, and school cost that he was told to do in the decree. What should I do now?
