Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have sole custody of the children. My question is the non-custodial parent birthday is nov.8, but he said he would not be able to get the children and that he would get them on his regular midweek visit on wed. and then he would get them on thurs. to make up for his birthday and that I had no choice in the matter. True?

He is entitled to makeup time. You do have a say as to when. However, with all due respect, this sounds pretty trivial. Whats the real issue?
