Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have sole legal custody of 6 yr old sons. Ex has visitation 2 evenings a week & every other wknd from noon Saturday to 6pm Sunday. He does not follow this, only when convenient for him, for example, did not contact in any way for visits this week. He's supposed to have them this wknd but I have not heard from him. What right do I have to refuse IF I do hear from him? Do I have to let them go if I've made plans?

You have no rights to refuse him on his scheduled weekends. You should not make plans for them on his weekends. If this behavior is consistent, then present a Petition to Modify to the court.
