Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I see my son more than what the court has schedualed. I also pick him up and drop him off 100% of the time. I live 40minutes one way from his mother. She works nights and rarely has him on her schedualed days. what can I do to obtane full costody or to atleast get the court informed that she doesnt actually have him as often as I, and can I pay less child support because I have him more and bare all travel expenses?

You have to see an attorney to have any reasonable chance of a custody change. The attorney can discuss all facts of the case and give you an answer. Custody is too complex to answer based upon a paragraph or two on an internet site.
It sounds like you may have the grounds to modify the decree in terms of support and parenting time/custody. See a family law attorney locally.
