Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My son was emancipated because he joined the Marines after high school, he changed his mind at bootcamp and put up a fuss and was discharged. My wife if trying to take me to court to get the emancipation order reversed claiming that he did not meet the requirements of the military and now wants me to pay support again
