Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son is 18. His girlfriend is 16 soon to be 17. They live with her mom but her mom is theatring to take the baby as soon as it is born. Being mean to her own daughter like telling her she can't have milk or go outside and she had to clean the whole house after her and her siblings. Not sure if she can just move out when she is 17 or not.

Not until she is 18. Talk to the two of them about placing the child for adoption, which would be the best for the baby even though it would be painful for you.
