Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My son and his girlfriend have a 10 month old daughter. Mother got legal custody of said child, visitation for father. Mother has threathen to move out of the state of Indaian. Can she do this without the father's consent?

Mother must follow the Indiana Relocation Statute. Father will have the right to object and be granted a hearing. You may want to look at my blog www.todayslawalert.com as I recenly wrote about this subject.
