Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son is a minor , still in high school and has an 11 moth old baby. The mother filed for child support.And I was wondering since my son does not have a job yet and is a minor, would the support amount be based on my income?

No. Your son has to get a job of some type though, evenings and weekends, to support his child.
