Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son was moved across state lines without my knowledge then removed from custody from his mom by CPS. what are my options other then being approved to foster him from that state. I wasnt notified by michigan CPS i had to find out myself and contact CPS because his mother lied and said she had no contact with any of my family.

You need to hire an attorney to get custody in one of the states, depending on the status of the cases. A lawyer has to read the files to figure this out.
