my son is 20 mths old and ive been seperated from his father since he was 6 mths old.hes never been involved,maybe has seen him 2 times since the seperation.ive recently prosecuted for child support in nov.09 and he was ordered to pay child support weekly and was even ordered to pay the rearidges.he still to this day has not seen my son nor attempted to pay child support.im currently engaged to a wonderful guy that my son knows has his father and were exspecting in august.my fiance and i want him to adopt my son.how do i go about terminating this losers rights to my son so we can be a happy family??

Once you are married, assuming that things with the biological father have remained the same, your husband can file for adoption. Part of that process will involve termination of the biological father's relationship.
