Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My son is paying child support - he is not the father. Help!
My son supposedly had a child out of wedlock. The mother was awarded child support last month. We just did a DNA test and found that my son is not the father. How can he get the judgement overturned quickly and inexpensively?
The DNA Test was the one that is not submissible in court. We are in the process of getting one that is submissible. I presume the only difference is that the samples are taken by someone who can attest to their authenticity. Should we wait until a DNA test is ordered by the court?

Assuming that this is not a IV D case, you need to present a Motion to Set Aside, and ask the court to order additional DNA.
