Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son recently grabbed my tattoo gun while I was in the bathroom, he ended up with a little mark on his hand. Well I am taking my ex to court for custody and she recently picked him up to visit for a few days. She sent me a recording today of her asking about what happened to his hand and he is now telling her I put the "tattoo" on him, you can hear her whispering to him and it sounds as if they have went over this conversation repeatedly. He is able to describe my tattoo gun (because he has seen it multiple times) and I was wondering if she can take that to court and show them that. It is a scam to help her get custody and now she is going to try to use it against me. Will the lawer actually look at that conversation and hold it against me.
