my son has a 2 year old child he and the mother are no longer together he is not on the birth certificate she will not let him see her and she is threating to move acroos the country and she is not cooperating to get him on the birth certificate we do not have the money to hire an att

You need to either raise money for an attorney, after all what is more important than his child or your grandchild, or see wheter your son qualifies for services with Indiana Legal Services or through the pro bono district that serves your county. He will need to establish paternity in court and needs to do so asap. By the way, his name on a birth certificate means nothing. He needed to sign a paternity affidavit at a time proximate to birth or establish paternity in court.
