Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My sons alleged father got a paternity test done without my permission. There was a place for the legal guardian to sign and he signed his name when he was in fact not the l/g. was this legal? forgery? is the paternity test still valid?

The paternity test is valid. No fraud, maybe illegal, no harm, no foul. He could have gone into court and obtained an order for the testing.
