Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son's father was incarcerated for a felony charge here in Indiana. He was released in January of this year and as part of his probation he is to make child support payments. Currently he is over $34,000 behind and has not made any payments to day. He has "convinced" his probation officer that he can find work in Florida and has moved there. Still not employed and the probation officer has given him way too many "chances" towards payments of support. My patience is running very low on this. What can I do?

You can discuss this wiht the prosecutor for child support in your area. He or she may be able to get a wage deduction, do a tax intercept among other things.
