My sons legal guardians have passed away. Who is now responsible for him?

I assume you mean that a guardianship was established in a court of law for him. If so, the court needs to be notified and a new guardianship established, or a determination made that the guardianship is no longer needed, either becuase his parent(s) can now care for him, or he is an adult and not disabled/incompetent.
