Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son's mother filed a contempt charge against me in court in July of 2011. The reason she filed contempt is that I did not return my son after visitation due to safety concerns. I returned my son within 5 days of her filing the contempt charge, I had him for a total of 14 days. She hired an attorney and has filed 2 continuances so that the case is still pending. Like I said, I returned my son back in July. Along with her contempt case, she is asking that I pay for her attorney fees. Since I have not been in contempt since July, is there still a chance that I will be held in contempt of court? There were never any issues prior to this instance that the court has had to intervene in, I have joint legal custody of our son and the custody agreement that we have is very vague and simply refers to the Indiana Parenting Time guidelines as far as visitation is concerned.

Without knowing detailsl of the circumstances ( the reason justifying your actions, failure to return due to safety concerns is pretty vague), it is impossible to state with any degree of certainty what a court will do.
