Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My son"s wife left him and the children a month ago. She picked them up last week and got a restraining order against him. There is no hearing date, and he was advised that he could not contact his children in any way. The restraing order is false info, and he does not know what to do. She has cleaned out the cking account and he cannot afford an attorney. What should he do. He lives in Indiana

Contact legal services in your community for help. You can help him by helping him to find work so he can pay to support the kids and to hire an attorney; it won't do any good for him to fight for custody if he can not afford to care for them.
