Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Spousal maintenance/alimony

I have been divorced for one year. The divorce was uncontested. In the divorce decree, it was agreed that I would continue to deposit my paycheck into our joint bank account. Ex-wife was to use funds for household expenses. She has not been using them for household expenses. I have continued to deposit over half of my paycheck into our joint account. Since the divorce I have been demoted by my company and my salary and bonuses reduced. I have petitioned the Judge to have the financial support part of the divorce decree revoked. A hearing has been set for Aug. 21. I do not have the money for an attorney. What are the chances the Judge will revoke this part of the divorce decree?

The decree would have to be reviewed in order to answer your inquiry.
