Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
What is a spouse entitled to in the state of Indiana when that spouse was primarily a stay at home mom, worked part time, does not have a pension, married 33 years. She did earn a bachelors degree therefore has some earning power. I worked full time and have a pension. Kids all grown and on their own. What kind of alimony, support or division of assets and liabilities would the state of Indiana require?

This cannot be answered in one sentence or even one long paragraph. All of the assets are marital assets. Indiana does not REQUIRE any particular outcome for maintenance (no alimony) or division of assets given these facts. Please sit down with a family law attorney in your community to get your questions answered accurately.
Good luck.
