Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My spouse and I have seperated, but not legally yet. I have recieved a check from his previous employer for some stock options they cashed out. Would I get in trouble if I deposited the check into my bank account.

You have no authority to sign her name, so yes, you could have a problem. I suggest that you contact your spouse.
