Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i would like to know when you're spouse throws you out of your home and that person is disababled ,do they still have to pa yfor medical bills and things to that nature ? as for the disabled person has no means of no income,vehicle ,no nothing because they busted up everything they own. they're still married,not legally seperated.

I don't know who is who in your questioning, but a disabled person may have some rights to support from their spouse even after a dissolution of marriage. Send the person to an attorney in their community.
