I got a 15 year old pregnant when I was 18 now I'm 19 and she's 16 but she just had the baby and wants to put a restraining order on the baby so I can't see it is there something I can do to ensure I'll see the baby? also I have no money so I can't afford a lawyer!

Since you have no money the first thing you need to do is get to get a job as you are going to be required to provide child support for that child.

You need to obtain a court order establishing that you are legally the father and to establish visitation. Your best bet is to contact your local pro bono office to see if the ycan provide you with a lawyer.
