Which state determine child support when child is born?
My ex-girlfriend and I concieved a child in October 08 will we were living in Indiana; She move to Tennessee December 08; Which state will decide child child support payments when the child is born in July 09 in Tennessee? I do not plan on missing a single payment but there is a big differents in payment calulations between two states

It is the state that handles the paternity action.
