Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
In the State of Indiana, if a child changes residence and it's done through the court, what happens to any arreage owed by the non-custodial parent that is now the custodial parent?

It is still owed. Frequently the court will allow the parties to offset arrearages owed against the new support obligation.
