Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In the state of INDIANA can a man who is required to register as a sex offender (Lifetime register, 5 counts child molestation convicted 2001) get parental rights if I take him to court for child support? I am fearful

He has parental rights because (apparently) you decided to have a child with him AFTER his felony conviction. Seeking support will not change that. His visitation rights are still to be determined under the guidance of a court.
