Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In the State of Indiana can my parents keep me at home when I am 18? And I told them I was moving out when I turned 18, so they said they were going to put me on probation, if they do can I still leave when I am 18 and is the probation still effective?

A parent putting you on "probation" is an expression that has no legal significance. If a court put you on probation (and you would know this because you would be in a courtroom with the judge), you might have some restrictions on where you live. Otherwise, feel free to move out at 18 if you wish, but remember that your parents have no legal responsibility to do anything for you at that point, so you had better be able to care for yourself in every way at that point (get your diploma, have a job, etc.)
